Medical Unit
The Department of Medicine provides adult medical care for people with medical illnesses and investigation of undiagnosed illnesses.
We provide 24/7 emergency medical cover to the Emergency Department and medical wards.
Patients who attend the hospital’s Emergency Department can be transferred to our medical wards to receive the most appropriate care to meet their needs.
The service offers a range of procedures requiring patients to stay overnight and for multiple days.
